Several festivals also take place on an annual basis in Polička which have won the hearts of fans of all genres of music. At the Polička Jazz Festival, as the name itself suggests, you can always listen to a selection of classic and less traditional jazz music as performed by local and international artists. If you like classical music, do not hesitate and come and listen to one of the concerts of the Martinu Fest, which sounds throughout Polička every year in May. Rock and alternative genres of music can be heard at the Polička Rockoupání Festival. The multi-genre music festival Polička 555 which takes place at the end of August in the centre of the city also awaits you every year.
